Who We Are - Our Founder
Hello.
I am Pamela Teagarden, and I have worked in Human Capital development for a couple of decades. I created this company with you in mind.
Years ago, in my position of global responsibility for leadership development at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I had a ringside seat to watch the merger unfold for 3 years. I watched the merger work best in regions or offices that aligned task and behaviors.
Since that time, I have created a network of people and businesses that understand what I saw. We all believe that productivity is heightened when task and behavior are in sync.
My sights are set on behavioral ‘culture’. What culture do you have? What culture do you wish to create? What transition will enable this to happen?
In the end, I found that it doesn’t matter if you are one person, a team or an entire organization of any size. A transition is a path toward a culture that serves your purpose. It involves every aspect of your life and work. It is the sum result of your strengths and the mitigation of your weaknesses, as one or as a group.
Change is, many times, thrust upon you. A transition is finding a path that serves your purpose.
That is what drives us. For you.
Thanks for visiting our site.
